Here’s a step-by-step guide for how to apply to Live Lucky:
Step 1 – Find Your Fit: Select the right lease term to see pricing and availability. This allows you to see what’s available when you need it!
Step 2 – Apply: To hold your apartment for a Lucky Annual Lease, we’ll need a completed application with earnest money from each resident. For Dorm@Lucky with roommate matching, you can simply apply with earnest money.
Step 3 – Sign Your Lease: Once your application is approved, we’ll rush you your lease documents. The lease signing must take place within 24 hours of delivery or you may lose you spot.

Lucky truly has something for everyone, which makes it very difficult to represent our offering in a simple online form. Lucky Core and Penthouse prices shown here are STARTING AT rates for those unit types and floor groups, and lease start dates are variable based on availability. The final price, unit assignment, and move in date will be provided prior to your lease signing. Please do not sign a lease without verifying these items.
