Now Renting for Fall 2026! Here’s How to Apply:
Step 1 – Find Your Fit: Select the right lease term for Lucky to see pricing and availability; pick a floorplan.
Step 2 – Complete the Steps: We’ll need a completed application from you and your guarantor, along with your earnest money. (If you’re applying with roommates, we’ll need this from your whole group!)
Step 3 – Sign Your Lease: Once your application is approved we’ll rush you your lease documents. Review the rate, fees, dates, and terms, pay your security deposit, and sign your lease (make sure all roommates and guarantors also sign) within 24-hours to lock in!
