Step 1 – Find Your Fit: Select the right lease term for Lucky to see pricing and availability; pick a floorplan.
Step 2 – Apply: We’ll need a completed application from you, all of your roommates, and your lease guarantor.
Step 3 – Sign Your Lease: We’ll send your lease documents. Review and approve the rate and lease term, pay the required deposit, and sign within the stated timeframe to lock it in.
